Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, here's how returns and cancellations work.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original, untampered condition — meaning:
- Graded coins and cards must be in the same slab or holder they shipped in, undamaged
- Bullion must be in its original assay card or tamper-evident packaging, unsealed
- Memorabilia must include all original certification and documentation
- No item may show signs of handling, alteration, or removal from its holder
Items returned outside the 7-day window, or not meeting the above conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Restocking fee
All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $50 or 5% of the order value. This fee covers processing, re-inspection, and re-listing costs. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
Market price fluctuations
For bullion and precious metals items, refunds are calculated based on the spot price on the date we receive the return — not the original purchase price. If the market has moved against you, the difference is the buyer's responsibility. This is consistent with industry-standard practice for commodity items.
For non-bullion items (graded coins, memorabilia, cards), refunds reflect the original purchase price minus the restocking fee, provided the item is returned in original condition.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested by phone only at (215) 378-8149. Email cancellation requests are not accepted. Cancellations are subject to fees depending on how far the order has progressed:
- Before payment clears: no fee
- After payment clears, before shipment: restocking fee applies
- After shipment: standard return process applies
How to initiate a return
- Email lbcoinsandcollectiblesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back using a tracked, insured service — return shipping is at the buyer's expense
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days
Do not ship a return without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
