Shipping Policy
We take shipping seriously. Every high-value order ships fully insured with signature confirmation required.
Shipping cost
Orders over $500 ship free. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $9.99. Every package ships fully insured regardless of order size — insurance is never an upcharge.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For wire transfers and cryptocurrency payments, processing begins once funds clear — typically 1–3 business days after initiation. We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping method
All domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS with full end-to-end tracking from pickup through delivery. Carrier and service level are selected based on order value and destination — higher-value shipments move on faster or more secure services (such as USPS Registered Mail) to minimize time in transit.
For orders exceeding our standard insurance threshold, we may elect to use an armored carrier service (Brinks or Loomis). If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment.
Insurance
All orders ship with full declared-value insurance through our commercial shipping insurance coverage — insurance is never an upcharge. Orders of exceptional value are handled case-by-case: contact us before placing an order of that size so we can arrange appropriate coverage.
Signature confirmation
Signature confirmation is required on all orders over $2,000. Someone must be present to sign for the package — we cannot waive this requirement. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery, or hold the package for pickup at a nearby carrier location.
For orders under $2,000, signature confirmation is still strongly recommended and may be applied at our discretion.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates at every scan point from pickup through delivery, so you can follow the package the whole way.
Packaging
Every order is packaged by hand to protect its contents in transit — secured against movement, padded against impact, and sealed in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside identifying the contents. Packaging is matched to the item: a graded slab, a gold bar, and a signed piece each get what they actually need to arrive in the condition they left.
We do not rush packaging. If an item is not packaged to our standard, we hold the shipment.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Domestic orders only.
