Shipping Policy
We take shipping seriously. Every high-value order ships fully insured with signature confirmation required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For wire transfers and cryptocurrency payments, processing begins once funds clear — typically 1–3 business days after initiation. We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping method
All domestic orders ship via USPS Registered Mail — one of the most secure shipping services available in the United States. Registered Mail is hand-signed at every point of transfer, kept under lock and key during transit, and fully trackable. This is the industry standard for high-value numismatic and precious metals shipments.
For orders exceeding our standard insurance threshold, we may elect to use an armored carrier service (Brinks or Loomis). If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment.
Insurance
All orders are shipped with full declared-value insurance. USPS Registered Mail provides coverage up to $50,000 per package. Orders valued above that threshold are handled case-by-case — contact us before placing an order of that size so we can arrange appropriate coverage.
Signature confirmation
Signature confirmation is required on all orders over $2,000. Someone must be present to sign for the package — we cannot waive this requirement. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, USPS will leave a notice and hold the package at your local post office for pickup.
For orders under $2,000, signature confirmation is still strongly recommended and may be applied at our discretion.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships. USPS Registered Mail tracking updates may be less frequent than Priority Mail — this is normal for the service. The package is moving even when the tracking status has not changed.
Packaging
We package every order to protect its contents in transit:
- Coins ship in hard plastic cases inside padded, sealed outer packaging
- Graded slabs ship in rigid mailers with additional foam protection
- Bullion bars and rounds ship in tamper-evident packaging
- Memorabilia and cards ship in rigid, weatherproof mailers
We do not rush packaging. If an item is not packaged to our standard, we hold the shipment.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Domestic orders only.
