Agreement

By using this website or placing an order with LB Coins & Collectibles LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Products and pricing

All product descriptions, grades, and certifications are sourced from third-party grading services (PCGS, NGC, PSA, BGS, SGC, JSA, Beckett) and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Bullion pricing is based on market spot price at the time of listing and may not reflect current spot at time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order fulfillment.

Market price fluctuations in precious metals are inherent to the product. Purchasing bullion constitutes acceptance of this risk.

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before any order ships. For wire transfers and cryptocurrency payments, orders are held until funds clear.

Returns and cancellations

Our returns and cancellations policy is incorporated by reference. See our full Returns Policy for terms including the 7-day window, restocking fees, and market price adjustment on bullion returns.

Authenticity

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Our full Authenticity Guarantee is incorporated by reference and governs disputes related to item authenticity.

Shipping and risk of loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. All orders ship fully insured. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will assist with the insurance claim but are not liable beyond the insured value of the shipment.

Limitation of liability

LB Coins & Collectibles LLC's liability to any buyer is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase or use of this site.

IRS reporting

Certain precious metals transactions may be subject to IRS Form 1099-B reporting requirements. By placing an order that meets applicable thresholds, you consent to such reporting. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from a purchase must first be attempted to be resolved by contacting us directly. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
